FLOOD IN BRAZIL
A man shouts for help to rescue a woman from the floods following heavy rain falls in Sao Jose do Rio Preto, center of Sao Paulo state, Brazil, where several drivers where trapped by the floods that destroyed vehicles and flooded houses and public buildings. The woman was rescued from the floods according to reports.
